Questlove— the “Tonight Show” drummer and devoted foodie — shuttered his fried chicken venture last year and has instead turned his attention to hosting a series of gastronomic salons at his downtown abode.

On Tuesday, we hear, he invited guests, including Solange Knowles, Björk, Sophia Bush, David Cross and Amber Tamblyn, to sample grub by Spotted Pig whiz April Bloomfield, Del Posto pastry chef Brooks Headley and LA chef Craig Thornton, each of whom prepared a course.

NoMad Hotel mixologist Leo Robitschek concocted tequila drinks, Rev. Vince Anderson played live tunes and Thornton — who runs underground LA eating club Wolvesmouth — provided guests with brown paper goodie bags filled with his veggie burgers as they exited.

Questlove posted a pic of unlikely pair Bush and Knowles (in town without incident after her Jay Z Met Ball brawl) with the caption, “My favorite Bush. My favorite Flake.”

The salon’s first installment included Cronut creator Dominique Ansel and Danny Bowien.
