Columbus Short can’t seem to avoid legal trouble.

The former “Scandal” star, 31, is in hot water again, after his estranged wife accused him of breaking into and ransacking her house over Easter weekend, reports TMZ.

Tanee McCall-Short, 33, has filed court docs alleging that the troubled actor trashed their marital home over the holiday weekend, despite a restraining order that barred him from the property.

According to the filing, Columbus busted a door off its hinges, tore sheets from her bed, left a bunch of lights on and, most importantly, made her fear for her and the couple’s 2-year-old daughter’s safety.

Tanee initially filed a restraining order following an April 7 incident in which Columbus allegedly threatened to kill himself and her. It marked the third time the actor had been arrested following an altercation with his wife since February.

This incident is the most recent in a string of violent outbursts involving Columbus. In March, he allegedly knocked out a man at a family member’s engagement party. Criminal charges were not pressed in lieu of a settlement.

Last week, he announced that he would not be returning for the fourth season of “Scandal.”
