Love is a many-splendored thing for Richard Cohen, the Washington Post columnist who has been dating brainy blonde Patricia Duff.
Duff is a fund-raiser for the Democratic Party, the ex-wife of Revlon billionaire Ronald Perelman and movie producer Mike Medavoy, and evidently worth mooning over.
Cohen, writing about love in a column on HBO’s “The Normal Heart,” said, “It can drive any of us mad, turn us into operatic clichés, cause us to walk the Appalachian Trail of our choice. It’s the stuff of songs. It’s the stuff of life.”
