Jagger celebrates his 71st birthday in New York

Mick Jagger celebrated his 71st birthday over the weekend with a family brunch at Hakkasan New York.

The septuagenarian Rolling Stones singer stuck to sparkling water while others in the party of eight — including daughters Georgia May and Karis — toasted with Brooklyn Pilsner, spies said.

Mick’s birthday feast on Saturday included a steamed dim sum platter with Wagyu beef, dumplings, prawn toast and barbecued lamb. The Stones saluted Jagger, on a break from their world tour, by posting a five-minute clip online set to “Emotional Rescue” with highlights from every era of his 50-year rock career.

Jagger’s James Brown film, “Get On Up,” produced with Brian Grazer, debuted at the Apollo last week.
