Bust a move! Sen. John McCain does the robot

Republican Sen. John McCain tried to upstage gyrating Gov. Chris Christie by showing off his robot dance moves with Jamie Foxx at a Hamptons benefit.

After Christie took to the stage with Foxx and The Roots and performed some energetic dad dancing at Saturday’s Apollo in the Hamptons party at Ron Perelman’s East Hampton estate, McCain didn’t need much encouragement from Foxx before he next jumped onstage and pulled off a robot move that had the power crowd roaring.

The two uninhibited GOP politicians went head-to-head in a dance-off in front of an audience that included Barbra Streisand and James Brolin, Paul McCartney, Jack Nicholson, Anjelica Huston, Robert De Niro, Bill O’Reilly and Matt Lauer.

Also there: Patriots owner Bob Kraft, Harvey Weinstein, Spike Lee, Don Johnson, Roger Waters, Howard Stern and business titans including AmEx CEO Ken Chenault, BET’s Debra Lee, billionaire Len Blavatnik and Viacom’s Philippe Dauman.

Other performers included Gladys Knight, Sting, Pharrell Williams and Jon Bon Jovi.

But it was Foxx who closed the show and brought down the house with his pair of performing pols.
