J.Lo is Chelsea Clinton’s new NYC neighbor

New mom Chelsea Clinton has a superstar new upstairs neighbor — Jennifer Lopez, we can reveal.

The Post exclusively reports that J.Lo is buying a penthouse, for which $22 million had been asked, at a luxury East 26th Street building where Chelsea lives with her husband, Marc Mezvinsky, and their daughter, Charlotte, born on Sept. 26.

J.Lo’s bodyguards might also find themselves lounging with Secret Service details when Hillary and Bill Clinton come to visit. J.Lo might even find herself getting a lecture or two from Chelsea’s mom, the former secretary of state and presumed presidential candidate.

Last year, the Human Rights Foundation accused J.Lo of receiving more than $10 million for serenading “crooks and dictators” from Russia and other ex-Soviet republics. Her publicist said at the time that she didn’t know the people were bad or she wouldn’t have done it — though she refused to give the money back or to donate it to the regimes’ victims.

The building has just four apartments — but plenty of room for J.Lo’s entourage, nannies, housekeeping and office staff. Her new pad is a sprawling 6,250 square feet and as long as a city block, so there’s room for her to practice new dance moves. At 45, J.Lo is still going strong, with her video “Booty, ” featuring Iggy Azalea, going viral.

The four-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bath apartment boasts 3,000 square feet of outdoor space on two levels — including a terrace, a croquet pitch, landscaped roof deck and putting green. There is also a giant chef’s kitchen and two wine fridges that hold 108 bottles. The other neighbors in the building are NASCAR’s Jeff Gordon and hedge funder John Silvetz.

J.Lo has been looking for a Manhattan pad for some time, as The Post first reported, and was spotted house-hunting with Douglas Elliman’s Fredrik Eklund, who declined to comment. The listing broker, Douglas Elliman’s Melanie Lazenby — daughter of James “007” Bond actor George Lazenby — also didn’t comment.
