Jason Patric‘s ex is accusing him of directing anti-Semitic slurs at her.

Lawyer Danielle Schreiber, who had a child with Patric four years ago, claims the former “Speed 2” star called her a “Jew c—t” and “Ms. Jew Lawyer,” reports TMZ.

Schreiber made the allegations in court documents filed in the ongoing custody dispute over the former couple’s son, Gus.

She also accused the actor of physically abusing her during their time together, specifically slamming her head into a wall and hitting her in the face with a telephone receiver.

In November, Schreiber was granted a restraining order against Patric.

The pair was involved in an on-and-off relationship that finally ended in 2012. Before that, though, the couple had a son in 2010, who was born via in vitro fertilization. Due to a confusing California law, Patric had no legal right to see his son after the couple broke up, because he and Schreiber weren’t married.

According to the law, sperm donors have no parental rights unless they are married to the mother or have a written agreement.

Last November, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Jon Hamm, Chelsea Handler and Kiefer Sutherland attended Stand Up for Gus, an event meant to raise money to support a legal defense for families who have been “broken down from this system.”

“I don’t have nights with Gus anymore, so I’m going to have this evening, and we’re going to shine a light on this injustice,” Patric told Page Six at the time.

The “Lost Boys” star’s lawyer Fred Silberberg disputed Schreiber’s claims and called them “desperate.”

“If Ms. Schreiber is telling the truth, which she is not, then she should explain how it is that she chose to have a child with Mr. Patric, why she engaged in years of fertility treatments with him, lived with Mr. Patric … [and] maintained a relationship with [him] for over 10 years.”

Schreiber’s attorney Patty Glaser responded by saying the abuse dated back to 2005, and that “victims of domestic violence ask themselves all the time why they maintained relationships with the abuser and when they realize what happened no longer tolerate it.”

“The fact that the domestic violence restraining order was issued after a family court judge heard Ms. Schreiber’s and Mr. Patric’s testimony speaks for itself,” she added.
