Adrienne Bailon fires back at Kardashians: ‘Fame and career are different’

After Kim and Khloé Kardashian lashed out at Adrienne Bailon for her comments about ex-boyfriend Rob Kardashian, she’s got even more to say.

“The Real” co-host took to Instagram Thursday to defend her inflammatory comments about Rob in the September issue of Latina magazine.

“Fame and a Career are two different things,” wrote the 30-year-old. “I’ve always had a career. I have been working hard since I was 15 years old. Being someone’s ‘girlfriend’ was never what I wanted to be famous for.”

She even took a moment to direct her comments toward Kim, who was the first sister to kick off the family’s outburst over the interview. “What makes you ‘famous’ isn’t always what you want to be ‘labeled’ as, or know for. If anyone should understand that… it should be you.”

The former Cheetah Girl took it a step further and reiterated that nothing would have stopped her from falling in love with Rob. “I just would have gone about it differently,” she wrote. “You can love someone just as much in private. We all learn from our first loves.”

Earlier this week, Bailon started a Twitter war when she called Rob “disloyal” for cheating, adding that she regretted being on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.” To that, Kim and Khloé blasted Bailon.

Rob remained silent on the matter until Wednesday when he retweeted Khloe’s comment, “FDB,” which may stand for “F—k dat bitch.”
