Sean Connery’s son sued by neighbor for clogging up toilet

Actor Sean Connery‘s family is taking another legal hit from its Manhattan arch-enemy — downstairs neighbor and ophthalmologist Dr. Burton Sultan.

Both two sides have filed about a dozen lawsuits against each other stretching back to 2002 over the Connerys’ renovations of their shared, landmark townhouse at 173 E. 71 St.

The latest salvo, fired by Burton in Manhattan Supreme Court, targets Connery’s son, Stephane Cosman Connery, who is now living in the family’s condo portion of the building.

Stephane has been throwing heavy paper towels in the toilet, clogging up the plumbing and damaging Sultan’s property, the doctor says in the newest suit.

Sultan — who in past court claims called Sean Connery an “ogre” who stomped around the apartment blasting music– wants $123,424.02 for the damage.

Stephane did not immediately return calls, and his lawyer declined to comment.
