J.Lo celebrates 45th birthday with a giant lion cake

Jennifer Lopez celebrated her 45th birthday in the Hamptons with A-list friends — including rumored boyfriend Maksim Chmerkovskiy — and a cake in the shape of a lion which pictured her in her memorable green Versace gown straddling the beast. Naturally.

Lopez rounded up friends including Leah Remini, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos, Andy Cohen, Tracy Anderson, Fat Joe, and French Montana and Khloé Kardashian to Nammos in Southampton for a dinner Thursday that turned into a festive, late-night dance party.

Spies tell us the whole restaurant was decorated blue for Lopez, who arrived around 10 p.m. in a sexy white bustier and matching white bottoms. She posted a photo of herself on Instagram before the party kicked off with the caption, “Let the games begin!”

“When she walked in, DJ Cipha Sounds played Lopez’s anthem “Jenny From the Block,” one guest told us.

Inside, friends including Brian Atwood and his partner Jake Deutsch, Scott Disick (who we’re told was not drinking), Rachel Zoe, Kristin Chenoweth, Russell Simmons, Charlie Walk, Lopez’s mother Guadalupe and her sister Lynda were inside. “Everyone danced all night,” a witness reports. “[Lopez] danced harder than anybody.”

Chmerkovskiy, meanwhile, arrived around midnight, and spies told us the “Dancing With the Stars” champ and Lopez “looked affectionate. They stuck to each other the whole night after he showed up.”

We’re told Lopez’s longtime manager Benny Medina made a sweet speech, where he called the singer, dancer and actress a “triple threat.” Medina also spoke lovingly of the former Fly Girl right before the 4-foot-long cake, on which she was pictured in the cleavage-baring Versace gown she wore to the 2000 Grammys, was rolled out.

Medina called Lopez a “lioness.” The cake — including the J.Lo likeness — was devoured and guests partied on until 4 a.m.
