Isabelle Amarachi Asomugha is the first child for Washington and her former NFL player husband, Nnamdi Asomugha.
The baby’s birth should make things easier for the producers of “Scandal,” who spent the third season of the hit drama doing everything they could to draw attention away from Washington’s baby bump.
The proud parents were married last June.
