Anna Wintour apparently has a sense of humor about a downtown show that parodies the powerful Vogue editor.

Ryan Raftery premiered his new one-man show “Ryan Raftery Is the Most Powerful Woman in Fashion” Monday at Joe’s Pub, in which he plays Wintour (in drag) fretting over an ominous call from S.I. Newhouse after her polarizing Kimye cover.

“What would it be like if Anna was convinced she was getting fired,” said Raftery of his show, in which iconically icy Wintour is shown crying, singing and suffering “chronic constipation.”

“I was terrified about her finding out,” Raftery admitted. He even blocked friends at Condé Nast on Facebook.

But among VIPs in the audience on opening night was Wintour’s daughter, Bee Shaffer.

Luckily, “Bee cracked up the whole time and even went backstage,” a spy said.

“She said, ‘My mom told me about the show and said to report back.’ ” She even filmed parts of the revue, which includes Raftery performing a duet about “hating flats” with an actress dressed up as André Leon Talley.
