Miley Cyrus may be showering her new pet with love, but she’ll never forget her first.
The 21-year-old singer had her late Alaskan Klee Kai, Floyd, forever immortalized on her ribcage Sunday with some fresh ink.
“With a little help from my fwends,” reads the tattoo showcasing Floyd, who passed away in April.
Cyrus wasn’t the only one who got a Floyd tattoo — both Wayne Coyne of the Flaming Lips and his girlfriend Katy Weaver got the same symbol inked on their ribcages.

At the end of June, Cyrus welcomed a new furry friend, Emu Coyne Cyrus.
“It’s taken some time to be ready for this next step and loving again,” wrote Cyrus about her new pup. “There will never be anyone like Floyd. There was a bond that was so deep it’s irreplaceable but that’s not what I am trying to do. Never will I replace Floyd and that’s something I had to take time to understand.”
