Amanda Bynes’ bong-tossing case thrown out

A judge on Monday dismissed all charges against former child star Amanda Bynes stemming from her 2013 bong-tossing bust in New York.

Bynes had made a deal earlier this year, agreeing to undergo regular  psychiatric treatment  in exchange for the case being thrown out.

“The defendant has done very well [in treatment],” Manhattan Criminal Court judge Laurie Peterson said.

Bynes, 28, was not required to be in court on Monday, so the actress’ high-priced defense lawyer, Gerald Shargel, signed off on the deal for her.

Bynes had been charged with reckless endangerment and marijuana possession after managers in her Manhattan  building called cops to complain about pot smoke in the hallway outside the actress’ apartment.

When officers entered her 36th-floor unit, they said the “Hairspray” actress tossed a bong out the window. No one was hit by the flying bong.
