“Deal or No Deal” model Katie Cleary could receive nothing from her late husband Andrew Stern’s will.
Stern’s parents are named the beneficiaries of his $408,000 life savings, reports TMZ. The will was reportedly signed in 2007, three years before the former couple wed.
Cleary, 32, believes Stern drafted an updated version after they got married, but she’s yet to locate it.
Stern filed for divorce in April, two months before he took his own life at a shooting range in the San Fernando Valley. He reportedly was suffering from stress due to marital and financial problems. He also had a history of depression.
Cleary also claims her husband’s death had nothing to do with photos of her with Leonardo DiCaprio and Adrian Grenier in the weeks prior because the couple had already split.
