Hope Solo allegedly intoxicated during ‘attack’

New details are emerging about the domestic violence incident that led to Hope Solo‘s arrest on Saturday.

The Seattle Reign FC soccer star, 32, was arrested on two counts of fourth-degree domestic violence against her sister and nephew, reports the Seattle Times. According to police, she and her husband, Jerramy Stevens, hosted a party where things got out of hand.

An alleged “intoxicated and upset” Solo reportedly got into an argument with her sister and nephew and things escalated to fighting, reports TMZ. The scuffle left the victims with “visible injuries.”

This wasn’t Solo’s first brush with domestic violence. In November 2012, her then-fiancé, Stevens, was arrested for allegedly assaulting Solo. The couple wed the next day.

Solo is due in court on Monday for her latest incident.
