V. Stiviano: Sterling is gay and I was his beard

Donald Sterling’s ex-gal pal claims the racist former LA Clippers owner is a homosexual and used her as a “beard” to hide his lifestyle, according to a report Thursday.

Leggy personal assistant V. Stiviano states in a lawsuit that she never slept with Sterling, and that the 80-year-old billionaire businessman employed her only to help cover up the fact that he prefers male companions, according to TMZ.

The legal papers state that Stiviano believes Sterling “is a homosexual and enjoys sexual acts and/or sexual congress with males,” the site reported.

The papers were filed in LA County Superior Court against Sterling’s wife, Shelly, to counter her claims that Stiviano took unauthorized gifts from Donald.

Stiviano is also suing both Donald and Shelly Sterling for defamation and demanding $10 million.

Stiviano claims the duo called her a thief and accused her of stealing money from Donald, the site said.

She also states that Shelly knew about Donald’s gay lifestyle and approved of the gifts he showered on his sexy young ex-employee.

Shelly has said Donald was not entitled to give the lavish gifts.

Doctors in March declared Donald, a real estate tycoon, mentally incompetent, and the family trust was handed over to his wife.

After she took control of the Clippers, Shelly executed a $2 billion sale of the team to former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer.

Donald’s epic downfall began when audiotapes of his racist tirade to Stiviano were leaked online.

On the tapes, Donald chastised his gal pal for bringing “black people” to Clippers games, singling out NBA legend Magic Johnson.

“Don’t put him [Magic] on an Instagram for the world to have to see,” Donald said. “And don’t bring him to my games.”

In an embarrassing attempt to redeem himself, Sterling spoke to CNN’s Anderson Cooper and continued to slam Magic.

“What kind of a guy goes to every city, has sex with every girl, then he catches HIV?” Sterling said.

“I think he should be ashamed of himself. I think he should go into the background.

“But what does he do for the black people? He doesn’t do anything.”

Johnson is known for his charitable work through the Magic Johnson Foundation to help residents of underserved communities in Los Angeles.
