Jon Hamm wasn’t always as suave as Don Draper.

Just 25 at the time, and sporting a very ’90s butt cut, the future star was anything but debonair during his appearance on the Mark L. Wahlberg-hosted show.
“Start off with some fabulous food, a little fabulous conversation and end it with a fabulous foot massage for an evening of total fabulosity,” Hamm said when asked how he’d treat the contestant, Mary, on their first date.
Hard as it may be to believe today, Hamm ended up the loser that night.
Though she may regret it now, Mary wasn’t swayed by the actor’s goofy grin, choosing another man over him. Hamm’s biggest sin: failing to say hello when he came out on stage.
