Bummed out by Gov. Cuomo’s restrictive version of medical marijuana, the Jim Owles Liberal Democratic Club has produced what has already become a collector’s item, a lighter bearing the image of Cuomo smoking a joint.
The caption says: “Lite up Governor: It would benefit the people of New York. ”
Club President Allen Roskoff, who wants full legalization for recreational use, told me, “Cuomo’s watered down version of allowing for the ridiculously limited use of medical marijuana is something you would expect in Texas, not in liberal New York.
“Maybe Governor Cuomo needs a map, because he certainly appears to have lost his moral compass on some key issues.”
