Naomi Watts says she’s considering plastic surgery at 45 after moving to Los Angeles from New York.

“This being an industry town, that self-consciousness just pervades,” she says in Town & Country’s September issue. “There are days I feel victorious that I have … gotten this far. But there are a million days when I look in the mirror and think, ‘I’m going to do it, I’m going to do it, I’m going to do it. I can’t live with this anymore.’”

Watts and her partner, Liev Schreiber, relocated to LA’s tony Brentwood from New York with their two sons because his series, “Ray Donovan,” shoots there.

The piece further says Watts was plucked from “excruciating obscurity” by director David Lynch after roles in such turkeys as “Tank Girl” and “Children of the Corn IV.”

“It was excruciating,” Watts says of her first days in Hollywood after seeing the success of her pal Nicole Kidman and relocating from Sydney. “I had a cruel shock of, ‘Wow this isn’t going to be like I thought it would be.’ As someone who works from the gut and was sure I was in touch with it … I was way off.”
