A top Manhattan p.r. raven who regularly appears on popular TV shows has been trying to duck the limelight for once — in her bitter, multimillion-dollar divorce battle with her investment-banker husband.
But The Post has exclusively learned that Alison and Andy Brod are the boldface names behind an Anonymous vs. Anonymous matrimonial case filed in Manhattan Supreme Court earlier this year.
Justice Deborah Kaplan granted a request to seal the case from the public even though Alison — whose eponymous firm reps major clients like Estée Lauder and Victoria’s Secret — promotes herself through TV appearances.
The rail-thin blonde has been a judge on the Food Network’s “24 Hour Restaurant Battle”; appeared on MTV’s “The City” with her client, fashion designer Whitney Port; and even enjoyed a cameo on the HBO series “Entourage.”
Alison — who is famous for having an entirely female 66-person staff working out of a pink Park Avenue office — brought the contested divorce proceeding against her hubby of almost 20 years in April.
Alison and Andy Brod made a brief appearance in Manhattan Supreme Court on July 16, sitting on separate benches in the courtroom while their lawyers met with the judge behind closed doors.
The fight will center around their Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired $13 million Hamptons mansion, their $8 million Fifth Avenue pad, Alison’s approximately $10 million company, and their 7- and 8-year-old sons.
