Michael Wainstein’s Day & Night brunch will return to East Hampton at Sienna Restaurant & Ultralounge after three years in Montauk.
Sienna owner Jonathan Rapillo says they will offer a Club 55, St. Tropez-style brunch created by Donatella Arpaia.
For those who want to make a splash, the menu offers a $25,000, 15-liter nebuchadnezzar of Champagne presented in a bathtub full of ice by a mermaid.
Meanwhile, at the same time, Wainstein’s former Day & Night partners Derek and Daniel Koch are throwing their own bash at Rise Dayclub in Southampton.
