Brooklyn Beckham may have been born into a life of fame and fortune, but his parents still intend to teach him the value of hard work.

The 15-year-old son of soccer great David and former Spice Girl Victoria just scored an internship at Guy Ritchie‘s SKA Films in London, reports Us Weekly.

The teen has previously worked as a model and holds a weekend job at a West London Starbucks near the family’s home.

A source told the magazine that this is part of his parents’ plan to teach him what it’s like to be a normal person.

“He has been trying out a number of jobs, including the Starbucks job,” they said. “It’s all part of him experiencing all walks of life and really working out what he wants to do. Victoria and David are keen for him to experience the things they did when they were his age — retail jobs, assistant jobs, working for free. They want to keep him grounded.”

While he’s getting to experience the daily grind, Brooklyn’s bloodline may have helped him land his internship — Ritchie is pals with his parents and attended Victoria’s 40th birthday in April.

Regardless, the teen has yet to give up the dream of following in his father’s sporting footsteps. In May, he tried out for English soccer club Chelsea’s youth team.
