As Tony season kicks into high gear, nine-time winner Tommy Tune threw a second private dinner at his penthouse to honor hit musical “After Midnight.”

Tune declared he hasn’t seen a Tony race this tight since “ ‘Nine’ beat ‘Dreamgirls’ in 1982.”

Spotted toasting atop Tune’s tower were Andre Leon Talley, James and Margo Nederlander, David Rockwell, Duke Ellington’s granddaughter Mercedes, Ruben and Isabel Toledo and Warren Carlyle.

When one guest brought up Woody Allen’s “Bullets Over Broadway,” we hear that his former producing partner, Jean Doumanian, said simply, “Don’t speak!”
