Chloe Grace Moretz kept it light on movie set with ‘Cups’ song

ChloË Grace Moretz and her “If I Stay” co-star Jamie Blackley kept things light on the set of the movie — about a girl who must choose whether to live or die after a car accident — by singing a tune from “Pitch Perfect.”

“We were joking around one day, and we taught each other the ‘Cups’ song,” she explained, before singing the lyrics to us at Landmark Sunshine Monday. “It’s [sung by] Anna Kendrick . . . I’m totally a fan of hers. I haven’t met her, but I heard she’s nice.”

Moretz, 17, says she likes having her mom on set, especially when it comes to romantic scenes that might push the limits.

“My mom was there going, ‘No, no, so we’re going to go home now,’ ” she told us. “I do like having her on set. She protects me and when I don’t want to be the heavy one — she takes the fall.”
