The war of words between nightlife impresarios Derek and Daniel Koch and their former partners, Dual Groupe, turned physical Saturday with a 3 a.m. brawl.

Sources say Daniel was hauled off by cops after an altercation with Dual’s Philippe Bondon.

According to our spies, Daniel and twin Derek ran into Bondon while clubbing in the Meatpacking District.

Daniel claims Bondon began berating him over the split and legal battle with Dual, in which the Kochs allege they’re owed $83,000 each.

Daniel and Bondon then left a West 13th Street club to have “a private conversation,” sources said.

That’s when Daniel “punched Bondon in the mouth, knocking out the victim’s tooth” and was arrested, a police source added.

But Daniel denied socking Bondon to Page Six, telling us, “I hadn’t seen him for a year. He was in my face, then gave me a ‘French back slap.’ I pushed him, and he fell back. There wasn’t a scratch on either of us.”

Daniel claims when cops arrived, he volunteered to head to a local precinct while Bondon “walked down the street with his tail between his legs.”

But Bondon’s lawyer, Julian Schreibman, said there was an ambulance at the scene, and, “There was an arrest. It’s premature to get into a debate about what facilitated the event, but I have a keen sense that Philippe was in no way” at fault.

Daniel was released on his own recognizance with an order to appear in court Sept. 12 on charges including second-degree aggravated harassment and attempted assault.

A temporary order of protection was also issued against Daniel.

The Kochs were known for hosting a series of booze-soaked brunch parties called Day & Night before their split with Dual.
