“From Bullied to Black Belt” is England’s gut-wrenching answer to the bullying phenomenon plaguing American youth.
Author Simon Morrell offers a gripping account of how he overcame persistent torment that began at the age of 5 by becoming a top martial artist and teacher.
The book, available on Amazon, has been optioned to become a movie by producer Kim Murray of Flickers Studio.
“It’s been numbing and at the same time exhilarating,” said Morrell, who sees himself being played by Josh Hutcherson of “Hunger Games” fame, with Emma Watson as his wife.
