Chris Brown was booted from rehab for getting close to women

Chris Brown was reportedly booted from a Southern California rehab facility – and landed in jail – for blowing off at least three rules.

Brown had been told to stay at least two feet away from all women in the Malibu facility due to his brutal beatdown of then-girlfriend Rihanna back in 2009, sources familiar with the case told TMZ.com.

But Brown continued to touch elbows and hands of women, sources said.

He allegedly blew off two other rules – refusing to take a drug test after an authorized trip and making harsh comments during group therapy.

Brown eventually gave in and took the drug test, which came back clean. But his refusal to submit immediately was considered a rule violation, sources said.

His ejection from rehab for anger management prompted a Los Angeles judge to have Brown arrested “for failure to comply with rules and regulations in the program.”

The R&B crooner is expected to be in the courtroom of Judge James Brandlin on Monday afternoon, when he’ll ask for bail.

Brown’s probation from his beating of Rihanna had been set to end this year. But Brown still owes the court about 750 hours of community service on a sentence of 1,000 hours.

In addition to the ongoing Rihanna matter, Brown is on the hook for a confrontation he had outside a Washington, DC, hotel in December.
