Despite her model figure, Chrissy Teigen loves junk food.

“I lick the cheese off Doritos and put them back in the bag,” the 28-year-old said in a New York Times interview published Wednesday. “I will eat pretty much anything as long as it’s salty. Or sweet. Or spicy.”

Unsurprisingly, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue cover model’s love of food isn’t just limited to the convenience store snack aisle.

She’s a big proponent of both low and upscale dining, citing the Michelin Star-rated Sense, the Cantonese restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental in Tokyo, among her favorites.

Teigen has never shied away from broadcasting her love of food, filling her Twitter, Instagram and personal blog, So Delushious, with pictures of the meals she’s eating on a daily basis, making her a perfect fit for her new gig as a judge on MTV’s new cooking show, “Snack Off.”

But as much as the model, who married singer John Legend last fall, likes to chow down, she admits that when she’s working, she cuts down on the junk food, mainly subsisting on “red wine and cookbooks.”

While food may be what’s on her mind most of the time, Teigen says she’s anything but a foodie.

“I’m the farthest thing from a foodie or a food snob. Those people terrify me,” she said.
