A less-publicized winner on Oscar night was Patty Hearst.
At Elton John’s annual Academy Awards bash, the Hearst heiress won the party’s Oscar pool by guessing “every single televised category correctly,” a spy said. The prize was a Chopard gold watch.
Coincidentally, Patty is known as an avid jewelry collector who’s been prominently seen at auctions including Christie’s record-breaking Elizabeth Taylor jewelry sale in 2011.
“Even though she already has a great jewelry collection,” quipped an envious spy, “she can add the Chopard watch to it.”
Hearst has also recently been celebrating the pregnancy of her daughter Gillian, who will be welcoming her second child, a girl, this year.
