It looks like Taye Diggs has already moved on from Idina Menzel.
Four months after announcing his separation from the Broadway star, Diggs was photographed leaving Hooray Henry’s in West Hollywood on April 9, holding hands with a striking brunette.
The “Best Man Holiday” star’s date is Los Angeles-based model Amanza Smith Brown, who describes herself as a “model, mommy, super hero” on Twitter.
Even before becoming Diggs’ arm candy, Amanza wasn’t far from the spotlight.
On July 17, 2010, she tied the knot with NFL player Ralph Brown (who has played for the New York Giants, Minnesota Vikings, Cleveland Browns and Arizona Cardinals). The couple have two children together.
Prior to her marriage, she appeared on “Deal or No Deal” during the show’s 2008-2009 season.
Additionally, Amanza was involved in a lawsuit with L’Oreal that was in and out of court for nine years. After she worked for the cosmetics company as part of a one-day hair show in April 2001, L’Oreal failed to pay her until more than two months later. Amanza in turn filed a class action lawsuit alleging that L’Oreal violated Labor Code Section 201 when it failed to pay her “immediately” upon discharge.
