Chris Burch is buying a new home in Miami, sources say.
The C. Wonder entrepreneur is purchasing a palatial pad at Argentinian developer Alan Faena’s Norman Foster-designed South Beach project, Faena House, at the site of the former Saxony Hotel.
Units include wraparound terraces and unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic — but it’s unclear exactly which unit Burch, who’s already an investor in Faena Hotel in Buenos Aires, is snapping up.
In April, a duplex penthouse at the building that was originally listed for $50 million was under contract, and buyers in the building reportedly include Goldman Sachs’ Lloyd Blankfein, Larry Gagosian and Apollo Global chief Leon Black.
