Hilaria Baldwin loves New York and she’s not leaving anytime soon — no matter what her hot-headed hubby says.

The yoga instructor brought her unique brand of Zen to The Post on Tuesday, springing a surprise visit to our Midtown newsroom.

“This was just something that I thought of in spin class this morning,” Hilaria said of her impromptu Post visit. “I feel like you guys you need more yoga in your lives.”

Alec Baldwin picked up his wife, Hilaria, at 48th Street and Sixth Avenue after her visit to The Post.Brian Zak

She posed in various yoga positions at The Post, including stretching into an “Upward Dog” in front our nameplate in reception.

“I just think New Yorkers work too hard and The New York Post needs more namaste,” Baldwin said.

Baldwin was particularly tickled, posing in Lotus position in metro editor Michelle Gotthelf’s pink office.

“Oh my gosh, it’s pink — that’s so funny!” she said. “Great!”

Baldwin ran this nutty visit past Alec Baldwin, 55, and he signed off on it — not that she needs his authorization.

“’Honey, that’s so funny,’ ” she quoted the often-emotional “30 Rock” star as saying.

“He gives his permission, not that I need it.”

The actor’s pretty wife insisted that her husband was quoted out of context when he wrote in New York magazine recently that he plans to bolt Gotham for Los Angeles.

The “Glengarry Glen Ross” actor ranted about New York’s fishbowl life and said the gated communities of Tinseltown were better suited for his family.

Hilaria said Alec really didn’t mean it.

“He did not say that, though, he says that there are things about LA that he appreciates, which I understand. But he never said he was moving from New York,” the 30-year-old yoga enthusiast said.

As long as Hilaria lives on US soil, it’ll be here in New York.

“If I ever left New York, I’m going back to Spain. But I don’t see that unless something drastic [happens],” she said.

“There’s nothing like New York. You can get everything you want, 24 hours.”

And what if Alec demanded a move to Lala Land?

“We’d have to talk about it,” she said.

“I’ve lived here for 11 years. It feels like home. You’ll never have this kind of diversity and energy anywhere else.”
