Adam Manson gets married after pleading guilty in Ponzi scheme

Adam Manson, co-owner of the Panoramic View Oceanfront Resort in Montauk, was married Sunday to Paula Shapiro in Boca Raton, Fla., just weeks after he pleaded guilty to being part of a $96 million Ponzi scheme, Page Six has exclusively learned.

Manson’s brother-in-law Brian Callahan — who’s facing 40 years behind bars — wasn’t among the guests, we hear.

Manson could face up to five years when he’s sentenced Aug. 8.

Panoramic partner Callahan pleaded guilty to securities and wire fraud in April for raising over $118 million from investors — including a local fire department — who were duped into thinking their money was going into mutual funds while $96 million was allegedly being diverted into the 117-unit Panoramic View and other ventures.

The US Attorney’s office said in a statement, “Manson assisted Callahan” by deceiving auditors and “lying about the debts owed by the Panoramic.”

Despite the legal hot water, Manson, 42, wed fashion exec Shapiro at the luxurious Boca Beach Club on May 25, in front of “100 close family members,’ ” a source said.

The pair was registered at Pottery Barn, Bloomingdale’s and Bed Bath & Beyond. Gifts still available for the happy couple, according to an online registry, include an Oscar de la Renta Shell Crudite Server and a George Foreman Grill.

But a legal source told us that if a restitution order is made by a federal judge at Manson’s sentencing, all his assets, including any gifts received, would have “to be disclosed.”

Manson has already agreed to forfeit unsold units at the Panoramic, valued at $60 million, as part of his plea arrangement, according to prosecutors.

A source close to Manson told us: “Adam is sorting it out. He wants to move on with his life. He has disassociated himself with his brother-in-law. He is still running the hotel, which has been booked solid.”
