On Monday, a Reddit user posted Peter Dinklage‘s senior yearbook photo, along with its corresponding quote, to the website.
In the black-and-white image, the “Game of Thrones” fan favorite, 44, can be seen looking very serious while sporting the haircut most associated with the 1980s — a mullet.
His quote — “Words are tools of imagery in motion” — comes from playwright Sam Shepard and shows that even as a teen, Dinklage knew exactly what he wanted to do with his life.
The actor graduated from the Delbarton School in Morristown, NJ, in 1987.
