Director Naomi Foner played matchmaker on “Very Good Girls,” telling us she saw sparks between stars Elizabeth Olsen and Boyd Holbrook, who are now engaged.
“We slowly saw that developing,” Foner said. “It was a lovely extra little thing that came out of making such a nice collaboration.”
Olsen and Dakota Fanning skinny dip in the flick, a scene Foner says was carefully done: “We protected them enormously. They looked at the cuts and decided if they were comfortable.”
