Mary-Kate Olsen and her older, taller fiancé Olivier Sarkozy have bought a $13.5 million home in out-of-the-way Turtle Bay.
Page Six previously reported the pair wanted a house with a private entrance away from prying eyes.
The pad, with private garage, is a 38-foot-wide, 8,000-square-foot home at 226-228 E. 49th St., reports The Post’s Jennifer Gould Keil.
It was sold by painter David Deutsch, and first listed at $16.5 million. Also included: a ballroom, elevator, five bedrooms and artist’s studio.
