A bash for Philip Seymour Hoffman’s last completed film could have been a somber affair, but the mood lifted when Mick Jagger strolled into Monday’s Cinema Society party for “A Most Wanted Man” at the Skylark.
Jagger held court at a table with director Anton Corbijn, who told us the actors worked with voice coaches.
“Philip worked for months on the accent,” he said. “They’re playing Germans who speak English . . . They had to go through being a German and then go back to English.”
