Did Ivana Trump up her service dog claim?

Add Ivana Trump to the list of people — including Jane Fonda and Richard Belzer — with “service dogs” that go everywhere with them.

The bouncy Czech was at Altesi, the new Italian eatery down the street from her town house on East 64th Street, with Tiger, her 6-pound Yorkie.

Ivana Trump’s precious pup, Tiger.

A cranky patron at the next table reports, “Lunch was ruined. She even let the dog climb up on the table. I told her ’no dogs allowed,’ but she lied that hers was a service dog.”

Ivana told me Tiger is fully credentialed as “a comfort service dog” who keeps her calm. “He doesn’t bark. He doesn’t bother anyone,” she said. “He’s more famous in St. Tropez than Brigitte Bardot.”

She also denied that Tiger was climbing on any tables at Altesi.

The ex-wife of Donald Trump (and mother to Ivanka, Eric and Donald Jr.) is heading to the Riviera soon. She closes today on the sale of her house in Palm Beach, Fla., for $16.6 million.

Ivana doesn’t use the 15,000-square-foot, 1924 mansion — known as Concha Marina and designed by architect, Addison Mizner, who spent his final years there — because she has an apartment in Miami. And that’s not counting her place in London or the three houses in St. Tropez.

She’s also going to Croatia to visit her ex-husband Riccardo Mazzucchelli (the two were wed from 1995 to 1997), who bought and restored a medieval village there. And, yes, she’s taking Tiger.
