Rachel Uchitel is officially single. The former nightclub hostess, bottle girl and ex-Tiger Woods mistress has settled her divorce with insurance underwriter Matt Hahn, whom she married in October 2011.
Hahn filed for divorce in June, citing “cruel and inhumane treatment” as the reason for the split, without ever explaining what that means.
The couple have a 20-month-old daughter, Wyatt, and Uchitel will have primary custody.
Her lawyers from Aronson, Mayefsky, & Sloan said in a statement: “The judgement of the divorce came through Monday Jan. 13. Rachel Uchitel and Matt Hahn are pleased to announce the amicable settlement of their divorce proceedings. Mr. Hahn withdrew his claims against Ms. Uchitel, and they will be divorced based on the irretrievable breakdown of their marriage. The parties look forward to raising a happy and healthy daughter in the spirit of mutual respect.”
The former couple are on good terms enough to be traveling to Florida this weekend with Wyatt. And Rachel — for the time being — is a single woman.
