Kelly Osbourne is in the doghouse.
The E! fashion critic, 29, is the target of a $50,000 lawsuit filed by Los Angeles homeowner Arshia Refoua.
Refoua claims Osbourne left his West Hollywood rental condo full of dog feces and urine, reports TMZ.
He also says there were holes in the walls and the hardwood floors were damaged.
The purple-haired personality reportedly left the bathtub running as well, flooding the homes below.
Osbourne sued for her $18,700 deposit in September 2013, five months after she vacated the property. At the time, Osbourne denied any wrongdoing and faulted the landlord for neglecting to properly check the condo before her exit.
Refoua claims he used Obsourne’s $18,700 deposit for cleaning expenses.
