Top newswomen got to bond backstage at Thursday’s filming of Barbara Walters’ final episode of “The View.”
Katie Couric, Savannah Guthrie, Gayle King, Joan Lunden, Robin Roberts, Diane Sawyer and more arrived around noon, but did not shoot until 2 p.m.
“There was a two-hour bonding session going on between the 25 journalists in a green room,” says an insider. “A notebook was brought out and everyone wrote their e-mails down so they could get on a big e-mail chain together.”
