After Page Six revealed Jennifer Lopez is dating Maksim Chmerkovskiy, the “Dancing With the Stars” hunk says in a new interview he’s feeling broody — but needs to find “an outlet” to “give it to.”
“I raised so many children at [my dance studios], I am ready to create one of my own,” the hoofer tells Social Life magazine. “I am really ready to create a family now. I need an outlet. I have so much I want to give, and I need someone to give it to.”
But Chmerkovskiy admits his backstage bonds with “DWTS” co-stars tend to get steamy.
“Do you know what a showmance is?” he asks writer Christine Montanti. “When you spend three months very closely with someone . . . it is like a summer love. You have no choice but to get involved.”
Recently performing on Broadway with his ex-fiancée, Karina Smirnoff, was “explosive and hot like our relationship,” and Smirnoff “would cry” even though “nothing makes her cry.”
He and J.Lo could hook up next in the Hamptons: He’ll be at Georgica on Saturday celebrating his Social Life cover, and she bought a home in Water Mill last year.
