Shakira knows how to treat the little people. The singer was leaving the Bowery Hotel after celebrating her new Rolling Stone cover when she was swarmed by paparazzi and fans. Right before getting into her car, she caught sight of an 11-year-old girl who’d been waiting outside for two hours. “She turned around and went over to the little girl and gave her a big hug,” says a witness. “The girl started tearing up. It was very cute.”
