Crustaceans served as art at Nina Freudenberger‘s Haus Interior NoLIta store on Monday. The interior designer presented a series of unusual “aquatic cases” — dioramas of sea creatures, crabs and underwater ephemera — made by Vanity Fair contributing editor and author Chris Tennant. Playboy editorial director Jimmy Jellinek snapped up a case for his magazine’s Santa Monica office, making it official that Playboy now has its own case of crabs. Guests included Lisa Salzer, Hugo Guinness, Anthony Haden-Guest and Bob Morris.
