Victor Cruz salsas at Grammys

Giants receiver Victor Cruz took his victory salsa to the stage of the 54th annual Grammys last night.

Cruz presented the award for Best Rock Performance with fellow wide receiver Mario Manningham and “N.C.I.S.” actress Pauley Perrette. Grammys host LL Cool J announced the three as “some real champs,” pointing to a black Giants cap on his head.

“How about these players,” Perrette said, as footage of the pair’s Super Bowl win rolled on the screens behind them. “I’m very proud to be here with this popular duo from the front lines.”

Soon, she asked Cruz to dance. “Victor, this is a music show,” she said. “So I think you need to give us a little salsa.”

Cruz showed off his signature moves for several seconds before Manningham interjected, “OK, OK — let’s save for it for the field,” cutting off his moment.

While the two Giants might not have won a gramophone award last night, they still have the satisfaction of Super Bowl rings.
