Diane Passage, the ample-charmed ex of jailbird financier Ken Starr, is shopping a juicy tell-all that dishes on Starr and details the sex lives of his famous clients and Hollywood stars.

In the book proposal, the former pole dancer and her co-author, Sandra Harmon, recount how Passage first met Starr — a high-flying money manager for celebs including Al Pacino, Sylvester Stallone, Uma Thurman, Ron Howard, Martin Scorsese and Natalie Portman — when he showed up at jiggle joint Scores with another woman.

After Starr name-dropped his clients, including Barbara Walters and Diane Sawyer, he enjoyed “a very sexy lap dance.” Passage was subsequently invited with another stripper to Starr’s home while he was still married.

Once there, Ken told the visiting vixens, “Just to put you at ease, [I’m] going to pay you both tonight, so just relax.”

Starr married Passage in 2007 two weeks after divorcing his third wife Marisa, who landed a reported $750,000-a-year settlement. Passage filed for divorce from Starr in 2011, after he was sentenced to 7 1/2 years for running a $30 million Ponzi racket.

Passage’s proposal also spills on Starr’s clients: In one excerpt, she writes about a starlet who was “fooling around” with one of Starr’s A-list clients under the table during a dinner at Morton’s.

“Everyone was getting drunk,” Passage recalls. “Soon everyone couldn’t help but notice that [the starlet] was fooling around with [the male star] under the table, as his girlfriend sat there quietly and miserably, looking like she was about to cry as she watched the craziness unfold in front of her.”

Passage also describes how another A-list actor and his wife took her and a “massage girl” into a room at Scores. But the couple ignored the hot ladies and started “having sex right in front of us.” After an hour of the sex show, Passage says she “reached into [the star’s] pants pocket . . . and told him I was taking an extra $200 as a tip . . . He was clearly too busy to negotiate, so he just waved me off and said, ‘ Thanks.’ ”
