Rodman ‘drunkenly barged into ex-wife’s house, takes son for breakfast shots’ in alleged attack: court papers

Dennis Rodman’s ex-wife Michelle has obtained a temporary restraining order against the former NBA star.

The move stems from a May incident when Rodman, “drunkenly barged into his ex-wife’s house… early in the morning, attacked her, then insisted on taking her and their son out for breakfast … where he slammed 4-6 Jägermeister shots,” TMZ reported.

Michelle Rodman is further taking action today to make the restraining order permanent, the gossip site reported.

According to TMZ, Michelle appeared in court this week, and, “took the stand, describing the events that took place — claiming Dennis had shown up to Michelle’s house wasted at 2:30 a.m., completely unannounced, and demanded to see his 11-year-old son.”

“Michelle said Dennis attacked her when she refused, shoving her onto a bed, then took off, only to return hours later, still intoxicated, asking to take their son to breakfast. Michelle obliged … on the condition she came with [them].”

The report goes on to say that, “At breakfast, Michelle said Dennis got even more wasted, ordering 4-6 shots of Jägermeister [in front of his son],” and that the former Detroit Piston also allegedly made comments about Michelle’s boyfriend, yelling, “You’re [bleeping] this white guy!”

TMZ says that the hearings over the permanent restraining order continue today, and Rodman’s expected to take the stand. He’s also due in another LA courtroom today, TMZ reported, “to fight his $51,000-a-month child support payments.”

Rodman’s agent Darren Prince recently told Page Six that the ex-player’s drinking has “sabotaged” many career opportunities.

“We’ve had many discussions with TNT and others, and they all say the same thing — he’s too risky, because they don’t know if he’s going to show up drunk or not show up at all,” Prince said.
