The miserable-looking guy on the lower balcony of this Miami hotel knows exactly what he’s in for after finding out that celeb trainwreck Justin Bieber and his hard-partying pals booked the room upstairs.
Bieber, third from right in a backward red cap, was back in the city where he was busted on Jan. 23 for alleged drugged driving after getting caught behind the wheel of a Lamborghini in a street race with R&B singer Khalil Amir Sharieff.
The “Baby” singer, 20, later tested positive for marijuana and the anti-anxiety drug Xanax. He faces trial next month.
