This time, she’s had enough.

Two weeks after former New York Giants tackle Luke Petitgout allegedly stormed into a Midtown lounge and slapped his wife, Jennifer, and attacked a male pal at her table, she’s filed for divorce.

Sources tell Page Six that Jennifer filed Tuesday morning in New Jersey to end her 13-year marriage, and that she’s seeking to make a current temporary restraining order permanent.

She’s also “changed the locks on their marital home and has new codes on her alarm system,” a source told us, adding that Luke would be escorted by cops to the house on Friday to gather his belongings.

The couple is due in court June 30.

Jennifer was out with two friends on June 5 at 48 Lounge, where they spoke to two men whom one of the women knew. Luke allegedly stormed into the club around midnight and attacked one of the men before slapping his wife in public and being restrained by bouncers until police arrested him.

Just last August, the 6-foot-6, 310-pound ex-Giant was charged with misdemeanor assault for allegedly smashing Jennifer in the head and throwing her out of their car on their wedding anniversary. But she later dropped the charges.

“This was the last straw,” a source said of the recent incident, adding that Luke’s still been trying to keep tabs on Jennifer through family and friends. “He thinks this is all going to go away and they’ll reconcile. It’s not going to happen.”

Jennifer’s lawyers will press for Luke to undergo anger management and drug testing for custody talks. Nicole Noonan, the president of National Divorce Capital, who’s advising Jennifer, told us: “My paramount concern is the safety, health and well-being of my client and her children. Therefore, precautions have been taken.”

Jennifer said in a statement, “I just want to move on with my life for my kids’ sake and my own happiness.”

Lawyers for Luke in New York and New Jersey didn’t return calls seeking comment.
